Who we are

This website belongs to Scripta Care, run by Deaglan Carr, an individual based in the UK. For questions about this notice, email enquiries@scriptacare.co.uk.

What this website collects

Nothing, unless you contact us. The pages set no cookies, save nothing in your browser's storage, and have no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts.

If you contact us

If you use the contact form, your name, email address and message pass through Web3Forms, a form service that emails them to our inbox. Web3Forms may process your message outside the UK; Web3Forms' privacy policy says where and how. If you email us, your message comes straight to our inbox.

We use what you send only to reply to you, keep it for as long as needed to deal with your question and then delete it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Please never send us children's records or other identifying case information.

Information our hosting provider handles

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles the technical information needed to deliver the pages and keep them secure, such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of your visit. It does this on our behalf.

Cloudflare may process this information outside the UK, using legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
